About the speakers:

Dr. Lynae Brayboy, M.D. is the Chief Medical Officer & IVF Researcher at OVOM. She is a specialist in reproductive endocrinology, infertility, obstetrics, and gynecology. She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Lewis Katz Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 2007.

Dr. Alexander Acker co-founded logsight.ai GmbH after completing his Ph.D. in 2021, to make increasingly complex IT systems more secure and reliable. As a researcher, he worked with companies such as Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, and Huawei to develop AI models and integrate them into productive use. Through his academic work on the one hand and close contact with industry on the other, he gained insights into both worlds during his four-year Ph.D. period at the Technical University of Berlin, which ultimately motivated him to found a startup.

Dr. Tina Klüwer is the managing director of K.I.E.Z., an initiative dedicated to facilitate entrepreneurs in AI with scientific expertise as well as access to capital, industry partners and hiring talent. She is also head of the research transfer working group of the KI-Bundesverband, was chairwoman of the Advisory Board on Technological Sovereignty of the BMBF, expert member of the two-year Enquete Commission of the German Bundestag for Artificial Intelligence, part of the coordination group of the AI standardization roadmap of the BMWi and DIN and member of the board of the KI-Bundesverband.

Dr. Ingmar Schuster is the CEO & Co-founder of exazyme where they are accelerating protein discovery and design while assisting scientists to deliver better biocatalysts using AI. He studied computer science and linguistics at the University of Tübingen, and turned to statistics during his PhD on natural language semantics at University of Leipzig. He has over 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning and statistics, and has worked on various topics such as time series analysis, reinforcement learning, natural language modeling, anomaly detection and graph analysis.
