Universities churn out incredible talent and cutting-edge research but fail to transfer these resources into impactful applications. Our society remains sceptical about the positive impact AI can have. All of this is especially true for Europe and poses the biggest geopolitical risk. If nothing changes, Europe will fall behind technological superpowers like China and the US.
Only a systems-level approach will enable AI adoption at scale. All stakeholders of the system, including research institutions, regulators, investors, industry, tech companies and startups have to work together to co-create an environment where AI can scale and reach its full potential.
