How to keep up with constant changes in ML tooling

We are excited to welcome Chris van Pelt, Co-Founder of Weights & Biases.

In this talk, Chris will talk about traditional software development has a rich ecosystem of tools to help accelerate development and collaboration. ML workflows present a new set of challenges for engineers. This talk will explore the following challenges to the modern ML Workflow: Experiment Tracking, Infrastructure Management, CI/CD for probabilistic models, Production Monitoring, Data Engineering.

Chris previously co-founded CrowdFlower and was the technical product manager at Powerset, Inc., a natural language search technology company later acquired by Microsoft. Chris has worked as a studio artist, computer scientist, and web engineer, and pours his diverse background into his role as Chief Technology Officer.
