Oetker Digital was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Berlin with around 90 employees and drives digital transformation for the Oetker Group’s food and beverage businesses.

Jonas, on the other hand, will dive into their exciting Consumer Engagement Platform—a data lake designed to create value for the Oetker Group. [About the speakers]

Dr. Alexander Mrozek is the Managing Director of Oetker Digital. Since 2023, he is also Managing Director of be8 Ventures, a venture capital fund that manages a wide range of investments for the Oetker Group, mainly related to the food value chain. Alexander previously worked at Google and is co-founder of Codino, a multi-award winning system to learn programming playfully. In his podcast "Digitale Optimisten" he follows startups on their way to success and inspires listeners to start their own businesses.

Jonas Clasen is Head of Data & Insights at Oetker Digital. He is responsible for building a Oetker group Marketing & Consumer Data Business Intelligence Platform. For nearly a decade, Jonas has been working in the field of Data and Marketing Intelligence. Throughout his career, he has held key positions, spearheading Data Analytics and Science teams in organizations such as pilot group and Breuninger.
