Digital Health Cocktail Hour - Women’s Leadership

Brought to you by Earlybird Venture Capital, Amazon Web Services, GE Healthcare, Charité's Berlin Institute of Health and hosted by AI Berlin Campus, Digital Health Cocktail Hour is an ongoing series of digital health networking events in Berlin.

Women's Leadership is a crucial point to address when discussing healthcare and health tech innovations. Women account for 71% of the healthcare workforce globally and 59% of all medical, biomedical, and health sciences graduates. Yet, only 25% serve in healthcare leadership positions (Mousa M. et al, 2021)

In this event session, C-level women from the healthcare and health tech sectors who operate as partners, industry executives, CEOs, and clinicians will share how they address challenges and biases in the workplace, as well as how supporting a diverse decision-making process can enhance the promotion of healthcare and health tech innovations.

As usual, the second part of the event includes a unique networking session, where you can connect with the brightest founders, VCs, and clinical innovators working in digital health and bio. You will also have the opportunity to register for our Office Minutes, private, 5-minute one-on-one sessions with key representatives from our hosts as well as Silicon Valley Bank and Wayra Germany.

Don't miss out on meeting the brightest digital health and healthcare founders, VCs, and clinical innovators. We are waiting for you!
