The topic of Pegah's talk is “Building up a data science unit for policy”. "At SNV we are building a data science unit to tackle policy-relevant questions with data. We have already scraped networks, found media usage clusters within the German society and gained insights on semiconductor research trends of the last 20 years. This talk can cover the organisational processes to achieve this integration with a previously only qualitatively working think tank, the projects done so far, or both."
