We may not live in an equitable world today, but we can start developing, funding, and using technology tools in ways that help us get there. Core to an equitable future is accountability, especially for communities and individuals to set their own terms including restitution for harm. As technology creators today, how do we build and distribute our tools in ways that increase accountability with users? What policies can we establish in practice that benefit communities and a better world? 👩💻
We are honored to have Amy Sample Ward (Fellow Robert Bosch Academy and CEO of NTEN), Julia Reinhardt (Senior Fellow at Stiftung Mercator GmbH), and Udbhav Tiwari (Head of Global Product Policy at Mozilla) as our expert practioners for this panel. Join us on July 12th to explore these questions and the impacts on technology development – for today and tomorrow!
